Your Signature Calm Queen Session begins with a gentle consultation so we can talk about how you're feeling and what you need from your time with me.
I'll then create your session using a combination of relaxation, breathwork, sound and crystal-based therapies, tailored to you on the day.
There is no pressure to achieve anything. This is your time to slow down, switch off and receive.
